Their customer service is excellent. I went to their newly opened community service center in Paterson recently and they provided very good customer service. My doctor was in their network and the process for signing up was so easy. Their reps were friendly and explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. I lost coverage and the representative provided me with all the information that I needed and helped me through the process for enrolling. I have not had a bad experience with them since I became a member in 2010. I heard that they are opening a new customer center in Newark sometime soon. Since I live in Newark, that would make it much easier for me when I have any concerns or need to get anything resolved.
